Service that will help you protect your investment and greatly increase the
likelihood of a sale!
The service includes:
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly Home Visit to check the home inside and out for any issues that might cause potential damage to your home. We will check the gutters, make sure the windows and doors are secure, check for water leaks and make sure your heating system is operating properly.
- Pre-Showing Warm-Up…Prior to a realtor showing your home, we will create a warm and cozy feeling by adjusting the heat, creating lighting that appeals and warms the home, and we will even put an apple pie in the oven!! Buyers will be ready to sign a contract.
